A&W Jubilee Dinner is to be held at Otley Golf Club on Saturday 23 September 2017, 7pm, at a cost of £20 per person which includes entry to the Golf Club, a 3 course meal including coffee and entertainment.
There will be approximately 12 tables of 10 (maximum) and the organisers would like Clubs to make a commitment and book a table in order that numbers are known as soon as possible. A £10 non-refundable deposit per person is required by 30th April 2017.

Some promising news from the B&D meeting last night.
It was agreed that a working party would be formed from the B&D officials and a representative from each club to look at merging the B&D with the Grassroots group.
The objective would be to try and keep the B&D history going with a view to restructuring the Gala series which would be run by volunteers within both groups.
The number and format of the Gala’s will be looked at with a view to modernising the entry system to a card-less meet.
We would still be looking at keeping The Rising Stars series and the Grassroots Meet.
Hopefully the meeting will take place at the end of March or early April.
The rest of the B&D series for this year are cancelled with a view to hopefully starting a fresh in September with the new format.
Paul Wright will be asking people to return their trophies over the coming months. Please wait until he recalls the trophies for each Gala before returning them.
